Conditions

Any information gained from the client’s document is strictly confidential.

After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing the price. The order is considered effective after your written acceptation of the offered price.

The price is based on the volume (word count) of your original document, delivery term, technical proficiency, etc...

The standard delivery term for documents shorter than 18 pages is three working days. For express delivery, we charge the rates based on our current pricelist. For any document longer than 50 pages, we will calculate for you a special price.

A discount of up to 5% is available for repetitive orders.

The invoice will be delivered at the same time as the translated document, due in ten days.

AVOIDACE OF CONTRACT

If the client voids the ordered translation or proofreading, he or she must still pay the documented amount for the translation or proofreading already executed or, possibly, the entire translation, if already completed.
For ordered interpreting, the cancellation fee is 10 % if canceled 5 days in advance, 20 % if canceled 3 days in advance and 75 % if canceled on the day of interpreting.
